Tourism and the Internet: Websites and Beyond

12th March 2010 @ 6.30pm

Creative Enterprise Laboratory, Woodend Creative Workspace

e-Business is much more than just a web presence and there are a vast array of internet technologies that are designed to help you run your tourism related business in a smarter way.

Dr Tanko Ishaya will examine how Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) can harness these technologies to transform their businesses by retaining and attracting new customers, attracting new partners and improving productivity.

He will reveal how technology can be used to develop a greater eBusiness presence and explore how eBusiness partners can work collaboratively by integrating services for a relatively small financial outlay.
